Sunway Pyramid

I haven't been to Sunway Pyramid since I was in High School, i think. It's been soooooooooo long. So on Friday after the Man Utd training, I went to Sunway Pyramid to meet my girls. Majidah & Aizat, Alida, newly wed couple Rafiza & Khasif pun ada. Kitaorg makan kat Thai-Thai restaurant. It was ok. It's been so long since we all get to meet and talk. Apparently Majidah is going for her kursus kahwin the next day and I was told she & Aizat are planning to get married on the 1st January, 2010 ehehhehehehehe. I hope I can make it home for the wedding. I'm a bit sad with the fact that I won't be seeing my friends after I get married, boohooo! Anyways, it was nice seeing all of them ;)..oh btw Rafiza & Alida are colleagues at SMIDEC. how lucky that they can work in the same department ehehhe

On Sunday, I went back again to Pyramid with my mom and sister since they haven't been there. Had our breakfast at Pappa Rich. The food is okay. I thought the new Pyramid is really nice, so many shops. I wouldn't mind going again ehehe

Came across this signboard at the Asian Avenue. Can't help to take a picture of it. 'The hottest time of the day - 2pm'. Just like the hot Korean group - 2PM ehehehhe

Later that evening, I took a trip to my favourite mall in KL, Pavilion ehehhe. I went to eat korean food at the food republic. So kenyang ;)

GLORY GLORY MAN UTD!

Glory, glory, Man United,
Glory, glory, Man United,
Glory, glory, Man United,
And the reds go marching on, on, on.
Just like the Busby Babes in Days gone by
We'll keep the Red Flags flying high
You've got to see yourself from far and wide
You've got to hear the masses sing with pride
United! Man United!

I went to see the Manchester United vs Malaysia XI on Saturday, 18th July 2009. A bit dissapointed that I couldn't go for the Monday's rematch but I heard there it was a bit boring, so yeay!!!

Drove to KL on Friday and went straight to National Stadium Bukit Jalil for the training. It was quite packed with red devils, around 40,ooo (estimated in newspaper). Sat in the stadium around 4.30pm, and was puzzled why has Team Malaysia started training. They were supposed to start at 6.30pm. I think it was a scam so that everyone who come earlier to watch man utd trains had to see Malaysian team first ehhehe

On Saturday, started my journey to the stadium around 3pm. Man, the place was packed! couldn't find a parking spot so went further up to Carrefour area and managed to get a parking spot by the road side. Had to walk for 20 mins i reckoned in blazing hot weather! My seat was at the green gate, the lower level were all full by 4.30pm!!! heard that some crazy fans waited since morning ehehe. Had to settle with seat at the upper level, with direct sunlight for 2 hours!!! PANAS NAK MAMPOS! ehhee

Nevertheless it was a good seat as i could see the players quite clearly. It was a good game and the best was the atmosphere. So many red devils (some even painted their whole body red!) so many funny banner & placards. Amri Yahyah goals were really the highlight of the game!!! Malaysia Boleh!!!

This was definitely highlight of the year (maybe my wedding will top it off ehehhee). Never dreamed of seeing Man Utd live!!! Next stop, Old Trafford!!

Pictures below are taken from the Internet, credit to whoever owns it, cheers ;)

Macam biasa in KL we all mesti makan byk. We went a Korean restaurant in Bangsar called Bong Ga (Halal). I thought the food was ok la but portion is too little but you can keep refilling the side dishes. What a tiring week, i need to rest!
