Lasagne

My husband excitedly wanted to make lasagne last week but since we don't have an oven we googled and found a recipe, 30 minute frying pan lasagne. It works the same as an oven would.

It's real easy. What we use was a round baking tray (the one you use to bake cakes).
First you cook the minced beef with tomato sauce. Then put aside and start laying the pasta sheet then the minced beef and cheese in the baking tray. after you've done all the layering just put the tray (cover ur tray with aluminium foil) over a grilled pan and cook for 30 mins or in our case 1 hour.

Here's the final result. Tadaa!~!


p/s: world cup is over! spain deserved the win as they were the best team in the tournament!

    well, it depends on what brand of tomato sauce u buy la. kat msia ada leggos right, u mix with the minced beef then add some herbs, salt & pepper. then do the layering and tadaa, siap utk dimakan. try it!
